  • Are you taking orders for Thanksgiving?

    We are now taking Thanksgiving catering orders! Please call us at 773.539.2669 and speak to our catering manager, Nina.

  • Can I order online?

    You may now enjoy your favorite Tapsilogs, Tocilogs, Longsilogs, Bangsilogs, BBQ, Lumpia and Pancits by ordering directly on our website for carry out or delivery!

    *Please note: You will not be able to search for Ruby’s Fast Food directly on DoorDash. Instead, order directly through our website: rubysfastfoodchicago.com. You may also find us now on the Uber Eats app and Menufy!

  • Do you deliver?

    YES! We offer delivery service within a radius from our location. We are partnered with DoorDash, which determines delivery accessibility, found through the “Order Online” button on our website. You may also find Ruby’s now on the Uber Eats app and Menufy!

  • How do we book a private event at Ruby's?

    Thank you for considering to host your event at Ruby’s! Please call and request to speak with Nina (773.539.2669) for all special occasion and private dining inquiries.

  • Can I place catering orders by social media messaging, if the phone line is busy?

    No, we do not accept orders through any social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Please call to speak with Nina (773.539.2669) to place, review, and confirm your order date, time, allergies, and payment method. You may also place orders in person. We do not accept any cancellations after 48 hrs of placing your order.

  • Why are you now requiring payment in full for catering?

    We have implemented a pre-payment mandate for catering, in order to curb waste and no-shows. Thank you for kind understanding and cooperation.

  • What is your cancellation policy for catering orders?

    For orders above $500, customers must sign an agreement that cancellations made within 48 hours to the event date will incur a 30% fee.

  • Can I change or cancel my holiday order?

    In our best effort to fulfill the timeliness of all our holiday pickup orders, we are beyond our capacity to accommodate any last minute changes or cancellations. We apologize in advance that we cannot answer calls or messages, as our entire staff will be dedicated to preparing orders all day. We thank you for your patience, understanding, and kindness during heavy volumes of orders during holidays.

  • Why can’t I find Ruby’s on DoorDash?

    Online orders for pickup and deliveries are placed only through our system on our website.

  • What are the requirements for special item and catering orders?

    Please CALL US at least 48 hrs in advance to place orders. We are not available to respond to social media chat inquiries, and encourage those interested in large orders to call, or place orders in person, well in advance!

  • Do you accept reservations?

    Although we cannot guarantee the availability of tables during peak hours, you may call to request a reservation for groups of 8 or more.

  • Do you accept credit cards?

    Yes, we now accept credit card payments, in addition to cash.

  • What if I have dietary restrictions?

    Please inform your server for all dietary and allergy restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and suggest alternative options.

  • Do you still offer weekend buffets?

    We no longer serve buffets on weekends. However, it is an option for hosting private dine-in restaurant events. Please call to inquire.

  • Why have menu prices increased?

    Due to the increase in business costs (utilities, food packaging, supplies to keep our staff and customers safe, fresh ingredients to maintain the quality of our food) that have impacted many restaurants, including Ruby’s, we have raised our menu prices.

  • Is there an automatic gratuity added for large parties?

    Yes, we apply 18% gratuity for parties of 5 or more, stated on our menu and will be communicated by our servers.
